Okay, so let's count the elements here. Car, used as a top cap or cockpit... probably from the late 40s (not this plymouth, but close):

Headlight surrounds, a bunch of windows, and portions of the bus body from an existing bus of some kind. Something similar to an Old Look, but not quite.

Rear fin things... grill from a Buick x2, turned sideways?

I think you nailed alot of it there. Generic headlight surrounds from alot of commercial vehicles from the 60's.

I want to load up those rear grilles with 100W roundies and tint them red just to say...ok I dont know if you saw me, but I am stopping now

The lower window in the nose came from the back window of something, I think, but it's conceptually similar to some old internationals.

It's like if GM built a Futurliner RV, but decided they didn't really want to spend a whole lot of money. Overall, it works pretty well, but it would look amazing all painted up.
